Hi Claire, Yes it does make sense. I took your itil v.3 eLearning and the exam prep and really enjoyed those two courses. Thanks to them I passed with flying colours! When I purchased the change management program it stated that it would include templates that I was anxious to see. Can I get them emailed to me? Huge fan of art of service programs, Dave |

I just wanted to let you guys know that I successfully passed the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification exam last weekend (80%). I wanted to thank you for putting together the reading material and the presentations for the exam. I found the book really useful and lucid.
I would strongly encourage potential ITIL V3 Foundation Exam takers to consider and use this book to suceed in your exams.
