 Program Overview:   

The ITIL Cluster Practitioner Program Release and Control is a five-day course leading to the examination for the EXIN Practitioner Certificate – Release and Control.  The course is aimed at professionals who will participate in managing, organizing and optimizing the operations of the Release and Control Processes in an IT organization which has implemented, or started to implement, ITIL based Release and Control processes.

  • Manage, organize and optimize the Configuration Management Process.
  • Manage, organize and optimize the Change Management Process.
