 Program Overview:   

The ITIL Cluster Practitioner Program – Plan and Improve is a five-day course leading to the examination for the EXIN Practitioner Certificate – Plan and Improve.  The course is aimed at professionals who will participate in managing, organizing and optimizing the operations of the Plan and Improve Processes in an IT organization which has implemented, or started to implement, ITIL based Plan and Improve processes.
